The Department of Counseling, Leadership and Research Methods offers an undergraduate major leading to a B.S.E. in Human Resource Development as well as an undergraduate minor in Human Resource Development.

At the graduate level, the department also offers an M.S. with an emphasis in speech-language pathology, M.S. and Ed.D. in higher education, M.S. and Ed.D. in human resource development, and an M.S. and Ph.D. in counselor education.
